Thank you for your interest in applying for our Counselling Training courses. Please complete the form below so that we are able to process your application.

We recommend that you submit the Application Form and Personal Statement as soon as possible as the group size will be limited and demand for this course is expected to be high.

Please send us your copy of your personal statement and a copy of your relevant counselling qualifications to: info@globaltherapytraining.com

Personal Statement needs to be between 250 and 1000 words in which you describe: your reasons for wanting to do the course; how your own personal background and experiences have influenced your desire to do the course; how you meet the generic and specific CPCAB Guidelines (from the FAQs page on our website) When email please use your full name in the subject line so we can keep all of your information together.

*Please complete with your legal name, as set out in your passport or drivers’ licence as this is the name we will register with our awarding body, CPCAB

Payment for the course: By submitting this application form you are acknowledging that you understand the following information.

Deposit of £500 needs to be paid within 5 working days of place confirmation.

Payment of the outstanding balance needs to be paid before the start date of your course.

No information requested or other material information has been omitted. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1988 the personal information supplied by you will be treated in confidence but used internally for registering and statistical purposes. You may from time to time receive additional information or questionnaires.

CPCAB (the awarding organisation associated with your course) in carrying out its functions when verifying your Unique Learner Number and uploading your achievement data (if any) to your Personal Learning Record and thereby fulfilling the requirements of the Skills Funding Agency.
